With over 20 years of experience in the Aged Care sector and a Bachelor of Commerce, Jane Rea leads Talgara Management with a deep understanding of both industry operations and client needs.

Starting her career as an Accountant for Maranoa Aged Care, Jane gained firsthand knowledge across high, low, and self-care services. She went on to establish TriMicro Queensland, later overseeing its successful amalgamation with Software North. As CEO, Jane is responsible for strategic leadership, client engagement, and maintaining strong partnerships with programmers, Medicare, and the Department of Health and Aged Care.

Under her guidance, Talgara ensures their software and business solutions remain at the forefront of industry compliance and continue to evolve with the changing needs of Aged Care providers.
